SHIPPING

Where do you ship to?

We currently only ship to the Philippines. Shipping is free within Metro Manila. Free Provincial Shipping if you reach ₱999 or more. For international orders, please email us first before ordering – [email protected]
Cash on pick up is also available, we are located near North Park Kopi Tiam Quezon City.

 

How long is delivery?

Please allow 1-3 business days for Metro Manila, 2-5 days for Provincial.

 

Do you have express shipping?

We can arrange express shipping using GrabExpress or Lalamove. Whichever is cheaper. However, payment will be charged to the buyer. You will be required to pay upon receiving the order.

 

How can I track my shipment?

You may track your shipments via ExpressGuy or Xend or Fastrack website:

Upon receipt of tracking number, please allow at least 24 hours for the tracking number to become active.

 

It’s been a week. Where’s my package?

If you still haven’t received your package a week after receiving an email that your order has been shipped, then you may contact:

Please allow the courier time to sort this out. We are not liable for delays caused by the courier but we will try to assist you.

 

ORDER & PAYMENT

How do I get my order?
Cash on pick up is available, we are located near North Park Kopi Tiam Quezon City. We also offer FREE shipping within Metro Manila. Free Provincial Shipping if you reach ₱999 or more. For international orders, please email us first before ordering – [email protected]

What are your accepted payment methods?

We accept Credit Cards via PayPal, BDO/BPI bank transfer/deposit, GCash, or Cash upon pick up. Our account details will be emailed to you automatically once an order has been placed. Pick up instructions will also be emailed to you.

 

Where do I send my deposit slip or payment confirmation?

Please send a copy of your payment confirmation/deposit slip to [email protected] Use your order number as the email subject for reference.

Once we have confirmed your payment, an email will be sent that your order has been shipped.

Note: For bank transfer and bank deposit, please allow 1-2 business days for us to confirm payment.

 

How long will you hold my order until payment?

Due to our limited stock for each item, we can only reserve the piece for 3 business days. We will be forced to cancel your order if we have not received your payment confirmation via email within the next 3 days from date of checkout.

 

REFUND/ EXCHANGE/ ORDER REVISIONS

I changed my mind last minute. Can I revise my order details?

No biggie. If we have not sent an email notifying you that your order has been shipped, then you may contact us regarding your change of order. Please contact us at [email protected] or at +639175230332 through viber/whatsapp/fbmessenger as soon as possible.

 

Can I return/exchange my order?

If the item was already shipped, we cannot accept returns due to hygiene concerns. It is typically not in our practice to accept returns for jewelry. All items go through quality control before being shipped out for this reason.

 

Do you accept refunds?

If the item has not been shipped yet, we can accept refunds and order cancellation. If the item has been shipped already, we cannot accept returns due to hygiene concerns.

 

PRODUCT RESTOCK

I love this piece. When will you restock?

Some of our items are limited edition pieces so we rarely restock the same pieces. To make things more exciting, if you love a certain piece, then we suggest you snatch it up before someone else does! If you were too late, sign up for our waitlist! Click the Out of stock item then just click “Join Waitlist”, you will be emailed once we restock that item.

 

GIFT ORDERS

Do you have special packaging for orders to be delivered as gifts?

Of course! At the check-out page, let us know if you will be gifting your order to someone else. We’ll prepare special packaging for that special someone free of charge.

 

I’d like to gift your items to someone special. Can you ship an order to another address?

How sweet of you! Yes, definitely. At the checkout page, you will be asked to enter a billing address and a separate shipping address. Please include your contact details in the billing section and the contact details of the receiver in the shipping address section.

 

COUPON USE

I received a one-time use coupon. Can I order multiple items in one go?

No problem! As long as you use the coupon once upon checkout, you can stack your cart with as many pieces possible and still get that awesome discount.

 

My coupon isn’t working. Why?

Some coupons issued are for one-time use only. Please check if you’ve used that specific coupon before. Otherwise, contact us at [email protected] or at +639175230332 through viber/whatsapp/fbmessenger so we can assist you.
